As an insurance advisor for the Outbound team, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their insurance matters through outgoing calls. Your calls will involve contacting ICA's existing insurance customers with the goal of helping them achieve complete insurance coverage and comparing their insurance policies. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. The goal is for the customer to receive comprehensive advice on insurance and benefits related to their ICA membership.

Employment Conditions:

• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
• Employment rate: 58%
• Competitive fixed salary plus commission.
• Start date for the position is May 12, 2025

The position begins with a probationary period with good opportunities for a permanent position.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A strong passion for customer contact and assisting customers in finding suitable insurance solutions.

• A responsive and communicative problem solver who adapts to the customer's needs.
• Motivated by a constant desire to learn and develop.
• Driven to work goal-oriented and achieve set targets.
• Shows great commitment and initiative in daily work.
• Has at least a high school education, can communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and has good computer skills.

Clarification: Previous or similar experience in customer service, telephony, sales, retail work, etc. is an advantage but not a requirement!
